About Cay Randall-May
Cay Randall-May, Ph.D. is an internationally renowned spiritual healer, intuitive consultant, educator, and artist with more than 30 yrs. experience working with clients throughout the world. Ordained in 1982, she focuses her ministry on prayer, especially in group setting. In her new book, Healing and the Creative Response (Brooks Goldman Publishing, 2010) she unifies the seemingly separate realms of healing, intuition, and creativity by identifying Four Key steps which they share.
“As long as I can remember I have loved to draw, paint, sing, and write poetry. While I was in elementary school my best friend, a high school art student, taught me watercolor and oil painting. She and I memorized and recited poetry and soon I was writing nearly a poem a day.”
“I turned them in at school for extra credit. One of my elementary teachers brought them to the attention of Patricia Benton, an author who wintered in Arizona. She mentored me and welcomed me as the only child in her writers’ group. Through her my first poem was published when I was 15 yrs old and that, to my astonishment, won recognition from the Pen Women of America.”
As Dr. Randall-May explains in this book, she went on to earn her Masters and Doctoral degrees in the life sciences. For that reason much of her early artwork was devoted to biological, technical, and medical subjects. Eventually she explored fine art which she continues to teach, as well as courses devoted to intuition and healing.
